[aprssig] Delivery Status Notification (failure) arggh!!

This is the usual replay that I get to emails that I send to ham email 
addresses that I find on QRZ.com.  And it happens nearly everytime I 
send an email to an active aprs user that beacons his email address to 
WIDE4-4 (or larger) every 5 minutes.

I just wanted to vent about this, so frustrating to try and help other 
aprs users by sending a friendly email with some local research into 
settings that would help 100% just to get them bounced right back at ya.
