Hi

I have uploaded a firmware and a maintenance utility that complies with the 
new WIDEn-N specifications.
Yu can downloaded  it from 
http://www.elcom.gr/Downloads/BetaVersions/musbWiden.zip
Download the file and unzip in an empty directory. Do not replace old 
maintenance utility.
New utility does not handle old hex files. Instead uses a new file format 
.fls. In the zip there is the firmware fls file.
There are a fixes for previous bug and also a Terminal view, so you do not 
need any more to use Hyperterminal.

Since the APRS digi module now contains both old digi and new WIDEn-N, need 
some care to setup it corectly.
The Digi View has a Button called [New Widen-N]. Press it and sets all the 
needed commands to enable the new WIDEn-N.
If the digi is in this mode then behaves as follow
1.Digipeats only WIDE1-1 and WIDEn-N where n is a user set value (By default 
is set to 2)
2.If a packet has a higher n eg. WIDE4-4 then It digipeats the packet but 
replaces the path with DigiCall,QRT*.
 e.g SV2AGW>APAGW,WIDE7-7 will be digipeated as SV2AGW>APAGW,DIGICALL,QRT*
3.Added STATEn-N functionality. SYSOP can set also the maximum N value. If N 
is higher that the specified value the Packet will be
 difipeated with a path of DIGICALL,QRT* (same as WIDEn-N).

For the moment i havent implemented the ID for STATEn-N, but i will. I need 
just to be sure that this part behaves well.
This Firmware is beta and may have bugs so please test it at home...

Something else that is important. In the future will release dedicated DIGi 
firmware that will make it a full APRS digi.
