Correction: 9600 bps telemetry data from PCSAT2 will be sent to a
special subnet (connect to port 20150 at satgate.aprsca.net), not
APRS-IS.  As stated in other posts and on Bob Bruninga's web site, if
you wish to participate in the 9600 bps monitoring, please do _not_
connect to general APRS-IS servers and ports.
