[aprssig] APRS-IS Question

Hi,

The other day I bound in requested satellite filters.

All good, worked well.

One of my mates sent me an APRS message.

This seemed to overide the filter.

Is the server hard coded to allow messages destined for the bound in 
call sign to come through by default ?
