Earl,

You'll have to treat the HTX-252 as if it were an HTX-202 (resistor and 
capacitor) arrangement only with an 8 pin mic plug.

If you have a HTX-202 manual laying around use the values in there.

I would try a 2.2k ohm resistor and a .22 uf cap.
