You're right! That way, all of the "home fill-in" digis that have changed
over to WIDE1-1 wouldn't unnecessarily digipeat the balloons beacon!

PS - just read the response from Bob WB4APR about WIDE2-2 to aid in the 
recovery. Actually, this is a manned balloon flight, so I hope they manage 
to recover the payload. Wouldn't want to leave them hanging around in the 
middle of nowhere waiting for a ride!
