[aprssig] APRS in Alaska

We have put up a new IGate in Fairbanks.  It went on line last weekend. 
  The callsign for it is KL0RN.  The present digi in Fairbanks is AD4BL-7.

That gives us 4 IGates in Alaska.  The other 3 are located at Healy 
[KL1SF], Anchorage [NL7TZ-2], and Soldotna [VE6NH].

We have good coverage along the Parks Hwy between Anchorage and 
Fairbanks now with a few holes.  We do have a few mountains to deal with.
