[aprssig] Vehicular Window Flag Mount for antenna base?

Wire wrap around the flag base to hold a 1/4 wave whip
there. Haven't done it but it looks like it would
work. Or, drill down the center and use the hole to
stick a whip into. Don't know what to use for a coax
connection, however.
