[aprssig] APRS-IS perl client

Before I go off and write my own perl client for APRS-IS I figured I'd ask
if anybody has a link to code that has already been developed for this.

So does anybody know of any Open Source or GPL'd code that would be useful
in simply taking a full feed and parsing into a database?
