[aprssig] REF: APRS Satellites?

PCSAT is alive and well but only has enough power to digipeat when it
is in the sun.  Last I heard, WB4APR said it was okay to use, but only
for attended stations.  I have made a couple of contacts through it
over the past few weeks.
