[aprssig] Kantronics KPC3+ Issue

[Amateur Radio WB8NUT]

AGWPE is connected to TNC and then the applications are go to the TNC 
via AGWPE.  Allows multiple applications to access the TNC at the same 
time.  So, I am a bit ignorant that what I have possibly misconfigured.  
What should I look for and where?
