As Dave suggests, the KPC3+ is a very expensive solution for the job  
of digipeater.  A TNC-X is about half or a third the cost, assuming  
we're talking about new prices.

I've been running a TNC-X for several months, first using digi_ned,  
recently with the X-Digi module.  I've been very pleased with the  
performance.
