Hi Bob - there is a still a link at 
http://www.ew.usna.edu/~bruninga/aprs.html in the "other APRS
applications and uses" section that goes to the .MIL version at 
web.usna.navy.mil/~bruninga/dayton.html. Just a suggestion...
you could change that to a relative link to just "dayton.html" and
save the visitor from doing a DNS lookup that may or may not work.
