[aprssig] Citizens Weather stations - gating to RF

  Greetings to the list:

	There are a few CW stations around my local area that I want to see on RF.
In the Igate config of my aprsd I have 3 of these stations setup to gate to
RF, but it doesn't seem to be happening although they appear to be on the
APRS-IS. Can anyone shed some light on this?
