Don't forget AGWTracker from the man who brought you AGWPE and the  
rest (http://www.elcom.gr/sv2agw). It's stand alone Windows.

Moreover Xastir is also available for MacOS X (OK MacOS is a form of  
unix but not many Mac users remember that).
