Users of BPQ32 as well as AGWPE may be interested in the latest beta 
release of BPQ32.  This is more fully described at

I currently use BPQ32 to control KISS tnc's with AR-Cluster, UIView32 
and UI-DX Bridge.  In that environment it is preferable to AGWPE in that 
BPQ32 provides full AX.25 NET/ROM capability.  Your particular 
application will dictate your need for BPQ32.
