[aprssig] who hears my station

Chris,

It appears to me, as of this moment, no one hears you except the whole 
of the APRS-IS because you are connected to the internet only? No other 
RF station except yours, puts you on the internet, :-) Do you have an RF 
station running, what software, and what UNPROTO path are you using.
