Davis sells an interface module specifically to allow direct connection to a TNC. If he has the PC serial interface, I'm pretty sure you can't connect directly because the PC interface doesn't generate APRS sentences by itself (you'll need PC-based software to go with it). New Davis Vantage Pro (the wired version). Wind, 2 temps, rain, snow sensors. Wants to interface it to a KPC-3 8.2. I see several have done this.. I don't find a good wiring guide, and settings/ config. The TNC is already a DIGI at the site. So.. could someone suggest settings and wiring/ cabling information? Or a pointer to a detailed "how to". Haven't found one so far in my googling.
