Well,

    I installed UIView 32 on my PC.  I managed to get it to connect to an
APRS server.  It downloaded and I kept hearing a Europeaning sounding voice
over my speakers.  He kept readings letters, digits, and dashes.

    So, I left the computer to download.  When I returned, none of the
stations were on the screen.

    Can you help me get started here?  Yes, I did put the registration
number and the number needed to use for IGATE.
