[aprssig] PCSAT Freq?

My APRS radio only has 5 KHz fine tuning so I
but my question is, what is the Freq?  Is it 145.828 or145.825?

Or anything else in between.  Dopler is 3 KHz high approaching
and 3 Khz low going away and everything else inbetween.
Just tune to what works best.  I just use 145.825 all the time
and it seems to work fine..

Back when it was laucnched we thought it might be a little high
havent checked in years..
