[aprssig] how to configure satgate?

I've been looking for information on how to set up a satgate (or an 
igate, for that matter), but have come up empty.

Here's what I have inferred or assumed:

- connect station to RF, tune to correct frequency
- connect to a tier 2 APRS-IS server
- set software to gate from RF to IS
- use same icon as an igate, but with an S overlay for satgate operation
- what else?

Are satgates suppose to connect to a particular server?  How does Findu 
(http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/pcsat.cgi) know that the data is coming 
from a satgate?

If it matters, I'm using xastir for the gateway.

If this information is somewhere on the web, I couldn't google it...
