[aprssig] Changes to UI-View32 file to change what is digipeated via n-N protocol

John, KE4TZN, and I worked out a file change for UI-View digipeaters to
support the new SSn-N and LNK-n-N protocols.

By modifying the UIVIEW32.ini file, UI-View will digipeat other n-N
protocols other than WIDE and TRACE.
