PCsat has a downlink on 144.39 over the USA.  We dont use
it for much.  But it can hit every mobile in the USA if it gets
a lucky shot between the QRM...

But its great for people out in the wilderness far from the 
terrestrial network.  THey can hear it just fine.  The uplink
is unpublished.  It was available for special travelers and
was used a few times by people in the Northern Territories..
