For the last several orbits, PCsat has lost her settings
on every orbit.  So at 1855z on 16 Feb we shut off
the digi and changed MYCALL to NODIGI.

Lets see if she can survive that.  Eclipses are now up
to max at 35%.

Please do not use even if she resets to DIGI ON
and callsign W3ADO-1.  Lets see if we can recover her.
