[aprssig] Defective APRSplus symbol archive, Replacement file uploaded to web site.

I've received several complaints about not being able to download or
open the APRSplus symbol set since my announcement of the new symbol 
sets last night.

Apparently the new APRS symbol set in APRSplus format (but not the
others) got corrupted during the upload to my web site.

I've re-uploaded it to my website.  Seem to be OK now.
