[aprssig] HIGH PRIORITY re change of e-mail address

Did you try following the link at the bottom of every email sent to
the mailing list:

https://lists.tapr.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/aprssig

In there are the tools that allow you edit your email address.

You are also sent a monthly reminder from the list that contains a
password to your account.  The email says right in it that you can use
the password to make changes to your account.
