[aprssig] Audio distortion on 30 mtrs APRS

Hi Glen,

Not to worry your signal is clean, I copied 18 transmissions from your 
station in the last 24 hours. The stations that are transmitting distorted signals 
cannot be decoded, at least I cannot detect them. There are are least two, 
based on signal strength that have distorted signals.
