Someone has a D700 set for UIFLOOD with NOID set.
If a D700 is at a digipeater site acting as a DIGI, it
must not use NOID.

Under the new n-N  Paradigm, set
UITRACE WIDE,30
UIFLOOD SS,30,ID
and all will be well...
AND it will trace the packets so you can see what
digi is c ausing the problem!  Then New n-N paradigm
fixes everything! hi hi

I believe this issue has been discussed before but I can't find any 
reference to it now..

Someone's either got PASSALL turned on or something, as W9DF-15 is
being 
digipeated with as many as five different SSIDs.

Could it be W9DF is doing something itself?
