[aprssig] Findu stats question

But seeing the packets listed there (with their UTC timestamp) doesn't show
_how often_ a packet entered the APRS-IS.  It only lists _the first_ copy of
each packet that entered APRS-IS.  Duplicate packets could be numerous but
aren't listed.
