[aprssig] What can I use with LINUX to decode packet with sound card ?

The soundmodem programs.  You can either setup ax.25 interfaces, or
simply address the soundmodem in KISS mode.  Try

Also, I think a simple APT-GET INSTALL SOUNDMODEM will work, but you
still have to setup some CONF files.
