The soundmodem programs. You can either setup ax.25 interfaces, or simply address the soundmodem in KISS mode. Try http://www.linux.org/docs/ldp/howto/AX25-HOWTO/x495.html . Also, I think a simple APT-GET INSTALL SOUNDMODEM will work, but you still have to setup some CONF files.
