[aprssig] WinAPRS 2.8.0 Update?

So how does one apply for a new code? I opened the program and got the
message to update and to click for instructions. When I did the program
ran and no instructions appeared. Sure could use a little info on this.
What is the deal with it anyway? Anybody got any idea? 73's << John
