[aprssig] WinAPRS 2.8.0 Update?

         When I run WinAPRS 2.8.0, and click on the "Tell me how" button, I 
get a window with this info:

         Put your old validation number in instead of the x's.

         I guess the Sproul's are really backed up with this, I've tried 
twice to get a new number.  At least it's another 5 1/2 months until 
December 31st.
