If New-N-N is fully deployed in your area, RELAY and WIDE paths won't 
get _to_ your Igate (unless it's in direct range).  If NewN-N is _not_ 
fully deployed in your area, then people still need RELAY and WIDE to 
communicate.

I'm not sure Igates _should_ do anything at this point, unless you have 
a particular offender that you wish to block.
