[aprssig] Re: WinAPRS 2.8.0 new registration number needed?

Mark,

My version 2.8.0 does not give me "Tell Me How" instructions..

I've been registered a very long time and this is frustrating in not 
being able to re-register as you request...

Callsign is WA9INF
Name is Marvin W. Robertson

What else do I need to do?
