[aprssig] tennessee.arps2.net down?

tennessee.aprs2.net seems to have been down for a few days.  Any news?

Not a show stopper, as I've switch to another server, but this one was 
"closest" physically to me in Alabama.  When selecting another server I 
did a little checking and found that newengland.aprs2.net seems to be 
on I2, so it's probably the best for me to use anyway.

I thought there was a "rotate" alias, but I guess that's just for the 
tier 1 servers.
