I'm pretty sure it is 144.39.   Antonio KP4IA is CCed
he runs a digi there, he will confirm.  (I've been
working with KP4IA with regards to an upcoming ham
high altitude balloon flight, Antonio has prepared a
nice high altitude package with APRS and ATV, slated
to fly on a polyethylene balloon that I've provided.)
