[aprssig] WinAPRS registration

I tried to register WinAPRS as well about 3 weeks ago, but no one would
respond. Until this recent announcement about a new version, I thought the
program had rolled over and died...

Has anyone upgraded to WinAPRS 2.8.0 _AND_ requested/received a new
registration number yet?  Sent a couple of requests but haven't heard
anything yet?
