[aprssig] Icom 2100H setup

I use the 2100H with a KPC3+ that had already been set
up to use as a tracker, it rep;aced another radio.  I
unplugged the other radio, connected the speaker and
mic, power and antenna, turned it on and let it run. 
When I can spare the front seat I monitor with an old
old laptop running APRSD0s.
