[aprssig] Determining paths

Is there a way to see how local digis are set up regarding paths and
aliases, etc.?  If I look at my logs, if a path begins with a digi callsign,
does that mean that the digi is inserting their call in place of _____?  How
can I tell what goes in the _____ and what local stations will respond to?

 

Does my question make sense?
