Dont need it.  APRSdos comes with a config file
for each kind of TNC.  Just plug the radio into
the serial port and do an alt-S-PORTS and
answer the TNC question with "T" for THD7..
(be sure the radio is in PACKET mode)...
and tuned to 144.39
