   Earl it probably depends on what they have in stock. Kantronics will
send you the new ROMS free of charge if you get the old 9.0. All you have
to do is send a copy of the receipt.

  I had bought two 9.0's in March and it cost me $5.0 each for the
replacements (shipping charge). Sent the order in last week and I'm
waiting arrival.
