It looks like it was Lynn N9QIP-2...

There are lots of stations in his vicinity... 42 13.89 N / 88 13.48 W near
Cary, Illinois, but home QTH appears to be ARLINGTON WI. Hopefully
someone can give him a friendly call and get Lynn to fix it pronto!
According to his write-up at qrz.com, his motto is "Knowledge is something
you share, for what good is knowledge if it can't be shared." so I'm sure
Lynn won't mind if someone shares some more knowledge to him/her about how 
bad that path is! Also according to qrz.com, N9QIP can be reached at 
n9qip at sector14.net.
