We already have too many low-intelligence devices on the network. You're tossing out duplicate suppression, which is the real advantage that WIDEn-n has over multiple WIDEs. Duplicate digipeats lead to all the ping-pongs that consume excessive bandwidth. If you absolutely _must_ include a digi feature, make it RELAY only and have it turned off by default; make the user do some work to turn it on. IMO, if you can't make it _better_ than the digis that are already out there, just stick with making it a really good weather station and leave the digi feature out of it. -Jason kg4wsv
