[aprssig] What does one need to post local APRS data on Findu.com?

Here's one for the group, what software, hardware does one need to get local APRS feed onto the findu site?
We have spotty coverage here in SE New Hampshire, see KA1GJU-3  at:
http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/wxpage.cgi?call=KA1GJU-3

I realize one needs a 24/7 connection to the internet, but what else?
