[aprssig] NEW! IC-V82 - VHF/APRS Transceiver

I heard about it from an Icom dealer then did a Google search.

One of the vendors that came up was advertising this as an APRS radio, which
now I am finding out, is nothing more than a "proprietary" digital
communications protocol that is not compatible with APRS. At first I was
excited to see some competition for Kenwood but it wasn't to be. Glad I
didn't take the vendors word for it and buy one of these.

Thanks everyone for your comments.
