[aprssig] balloon tracker

What's the customary method of transmitting temperature and position from a
balloon?  Tiny track doesn't support temp, and opentracer appears to only to
temp when it's in opentrac mode.  I'm trying not to fly something as heavy as a
kpc3plus.

Ideally, I'd like to use a pocket tracker for the transmitter.
