I just downnloaded it to make sure it still works.  I originally
wrote it in the 1995 time frame, but the last update in 99,
seems to work fine too.  (it has to run in an existing APRSdos
directory).     But the download is just the EXE.
To read about it google for my RACES.TXT (used to be DR.TXT)
readme file...
