[aprssig] MFJ1278 and UI-DIGI

Hey was/is the MFJ 1278 a multimode device, not a tapr 2 TNC clone?   I
really doubt the instructions for; "Converting a stock MFJ-1270C Rev 11 for
UIDIGI use" are going to be valid.
