A gridlocked day in the ER resulted in my getting a page running that 
displays what is going on on PropNet:

Still lots to do here including selecting by band, fixed dates, and 
many other enhancements, but thought I'd give people a sneak-peak, been 
a while since I struck off in a different direction like this.

The propagation plotted shows 10 meters is open between east and west 
coasts (as of 2330 UTC)...
