This just out on the garmin rino news group...  You can draw maps and then
upload them to eTrex Legend eTrex Vista eTrex Legend C eTrex Vista C Rino 120
GPSMAP 60C.  I suspect this is not a complete list since the Rino130 is missing
and probably a few others.  It uses a WYSIWYG interface and you simply draw the
map and hit button to upload the map into the GPS directly from Mapwel.

Haven't even downloaded it yet.. there is a demo and they seem to want $50 for
it.
